The
Aquaculture Interchange Program (AIP), founded at the Oceanic Institute
in 1989 with a grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
(NOAA), is an important conduit for information exchange throughout
the world. AIP sponsors workshops where international teams of experts
gather to summarize and exchange current information critical to the
growth of aquaculture. Past workshop results are published and distributed
to interested parties within the United States and Asian aquaculture
industries.
